Carl's Update

Hi all, I thought you might like to see what i have been doing of late.
The video shows me on a ride i did a week and a half ago on my performance folding bicycle, a "bikefriday" which can fit into a standard size suitcase for travel. (www.bikefriday.com)
I now can ride for a hour non stop, I think i have come a come along way in 8 months, since being in hospital.
It still take me a while to get going out the door for a ride, I get low blood pressure and my confidence drops, I think the worst etc.
Got to make sure i have a enough water in my system to combat that, drink and drink some more, it kinda helps. But some days, I just have to rush around and get on the bike, even though i feel crappy.
I feel so much better out in the fresh air, even if its raining, riding along the bike trails, these days I stay mostly on the bike paths rails-trails, or find the quiet route on the roads, the back streets etc.
I hope your doing well in your world, let me know.
All the best Carl.
