We have had plenty of R n R, beach time, catching up with old friends, rain forest time, great food , and glorious FNQ tropical weather.

I think I'm getting the post holiday blues?

I do "greying out" allot, just like Greg Page the YELLOW Wiggle. I have clinically diagnosed OI.

Hi Cycling buddies, 

yesterday I went to check out the progress of the new cycling trail, 

which will join the Mullum Mullum Creek Trail, to the Main Yarra Trail and The Yarra River.

Only stage one is nearly complete at the moment. But when finished, its going to be a great alternative route, if you want to ride from Ringwood to the City via some bushland,

 and listen to birdsong and not the truck noise along the Eastern Freeway route.

I now know why I have been feeling off the last couple of months. Chest X-ray show small traces of PNEUMONIA. One month of Anti-botics to look forward too, my stomach will love me. Not!
