news
nice to have the chemical taste out of my body now.
I am still very fatigued from the therapy. It's very frustrating, wanting
to do things and not having the energy and will to them.
It's even worse when I don't have the energy to the things I have to do,
like look after my son and house keep.
Hopefully I will get my strength back very soon.
I will have a bone marrow biopsy next week and then a PET SCAN to see how
the Chemotherapy has done its job...fingers crossed.

Greetings
--
Hi everyone,
just a quick touch base from myself to say hello.
As you can see my hair is getting pretty light on top now and I can tell you I’m wearing a beanie to keep my head warm in the Melbourne winter. I have 3 more Chemo sessions to complete, that’s means in 3 weeks I will be finished ........ I hope.
Mid august we will have 5 nights down at Wilson's Prom NP in a cabin, so that’s something to look forward to.......
Three months after chemo is finished, I will be having a stem cell/bone marrow transplant, not really looking forward to that as its risky. I will have no immune system for up to two weeks after bone marrow has been destroyed by chemo, then my own stem cells will be injected back into my body, to start the rebuilding process.
I’m glad the Tour de France is now on, something to distract me, as well I have my photography, oh I forgot to mention Lochlan who just turned two years, he really keeps me busy as I’m a full time house dad.
Any way let me what's going on in your world.
